50 min individual psychotherapy session: $85 - $125 (HST included)
Prices work on a sliding scale, pay-as-much-as-you-can basis
Accepted payments include cash, cheque, and e-transfer
Psychotherapy is covered by some extended health insurance plans. Check with your insurance provider to understand your eligibility.
I know firsthand that the process of seeking therapy can be a daunting one. I aim to make this process a little less intimidating by creating a warm and welcoming space in which you feel seen, safe, and understood. Within therapy I aim to support and empower you in getting to know yourself in a deeper and more honest way. We will work together in identifying your needs and increasing your ability to set healthy boundaries in your relationship with yourself and with others. My aim is to assist you in increasing not only your sense of balance, but your sense of worthiness. You are worthy. You have value. I aim to support you in recognizing this worth and support you in expanding your capacity for self-compassion and self-care.
I work from a client-centred, feminist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed perspective. I value inclusivity and accessibility and provide therapy on a sliding scale, pay-as-much-as-you-can basis.
